Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the AutoForwarder service operated by SkTechHub ("us", "we", "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

SkTechHub's AutoForwarder is a service that allows users to set up automatic message forwarding between Telegram channels and groups. By using our service, you acknowledge that:

  • The service requires specific permissions to access your Telegram account
  • We only access the specific chats and data you authorize
  • The service functionality depends on Telegram's API and policies
  • Service availability and features may change without notice

2. ACCOUNT TERMS

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

3. USER CONDUCT

While using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Forward content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Forward content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use the service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • We use Stripe for payment processing
  • All fees are in the currency specified during purchase
  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
  • We may change our fees at any time with prior notice
  • Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

AutoForwarder offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to any plan:

  • You agree to pay the subscription fee for your chosen plan
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period
  • Features and limits of each plan are subject to change

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

For Monthly Subscriptions:

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing period

For Annual Subscriptions:
  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next annual cycle
  • Refunds for unused portions of annual subscriptions are subject to our refund policy

Account Termination:
  • If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms, no refund will be provided
  • Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all premium features when your subscription period ends

7. REFUND POLICY

In compliance with Indian laws and consumer protection regulations, our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible Refunds:

  • If the service is not as described or is non-functional, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • If you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may request a refund
  • Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds of unused service time at our discretion

Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account details and reason for refund
  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
  • Monthly subscription payments after the first 7 days of service
  • If the service was used substantially
  • If the account was terminated due to violation of our Terms
  • If the refund is requested due to changes in your needs or circumstances

Refundable Status:
  • Our Telegram Auto Forwarder service is refundable only under the specific conditions listed above
  • The 3-day free trial can be cancelled anytime without charge
  • After the free trial, standard refund policies apply to paid plans

Refund Timeline:
  • Approved refunds for credit/debit card payments will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds for UPI, net banking, and other payment methods may take 7-14 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India, we strive to resolve all refund requests fairly and promptly.

8. DELIVERY POLICY

As Telegram Auto Forwarder is a digital service, our delivery policy is as follows:

Service Activation:

  • Access to the service is provided immediately upon successful payment processing
  • For the free trial, access is granted immediately upon registration
  • Login credentials will be sent to your registered email address
  • In case of activation delays exceeding 24 hours, please contact our support team

Service Delivery:
  • The service is delivered via web interface and through Telegram bot integration
  • Installation instructions and setup guides are provided in your account dashboard
  • Technical support is available during the setup process
  • You are responsible for providing correct Telegram account access permissions

Service Availability:
  • We strive to maintain 99% service uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • Service interruptions due to Telegram API changes or limitations are beyond our control

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SkTechHub. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SkTechHub.

You retain all rights to content that you forward using our service. However, by using our service, you grant us permission to access and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SkTechHub be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • The use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

11. DISCLAIMERS

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of our Service.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkTechHub and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that content you forwarded using our service caused damage to a third party

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  • First, an attempt at informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India
  • The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be in India

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
